Using autoblogging to get Youtube for niche Adsense template

Hey everyone, I have been working hard on some new templates
for Wordpress that I think are really cool, except for some reason
I have a feeling that I am doing something wrong..


I don't know much about the Adsense TOS.. so in risk of my new product
idea being "borrowed" by another savvy marketer, I want to
provide this image below for quick review:



The idea is that instead of boring text content based
Adsense blogs - to do Video Adsense blogs. I am almost
done the product and ready to promote, but just
want to get some feedback if the layout and everything
is not against the TOS for Adsense.

Also if anyone had any ideas to improve this!

lol that's the tagline that is automatically put from Wordpress
I was testing on a unused niche blog.

You think Google would be faster? I guess the site content is generated
from YouTube and the ads are generated by Adsense and Google
owns 'em both. So I guess I should find a way to ask a google support.

I just thought that when creating it that it seemed "too good" of an idea
that there had to be some reason why I haven't seen this before!
