Alexa ranking

Hello to everyone.....I've been reading a lot of articles etc on the Alexa ranking and how it is not really that great or that it is not that accurate. This may be true but what l am troubled with is the "sites linking in" aspect. I cannot understand why the sites linking in to my website are not showing up in that available tab. Note my website has gone through the 3 month period, and l know l have other websites linking in.
Does anyone have any knowledge on this matter?

It's take a long time for the sites linking in Alexa to show up. For the last few months it only show 44 sites linkage for my site. However for the last few days it start to show 100+ sites.

I think Alexa will never show all your sites linkage.
