So an information product you created, has been dominating your niche for more than a year now.

Your daily sales keeps increasing, as more and more people are finding your information product online organically, baecause more & more people enter your niche daily .

Do you....

A) Sell the license rights to your information product for $297 or more.

B) Create a high priced point information product, coaching others online how to dominate their niche.

C) Host a $997 per ticket live event teaching others how to achieve your success online & then sell the video recording of the live event online for $497.

D) Do A,B & C

What would you do?
#dominate your niche #high ticket coaching #information product #product creation #sell online

    A all day, because it requires the least of me.

    There is a lot I want to do..... so if i can set and forget, that would be great.

    I'd go for D (do all of the above) with main focus on A. As Ike Paz said ... if you can set and forget, that will be great!

    If you're experience success with a hot selling information product then do everything but "A".

    This is a business and you should always be expanding your funnel.

    You have a buyers list. You can keep making them offers.

    It doesn't stop with the front end sale, it STARTS with it.

    I would focus on B and C

    Create a list and upsell 'premium' canned content

    The key is to use your lowest price point product to 'seed' credibility/authority in your niche

    My own skillset is for B (digital product creation) so I'd tend to gravitate towards that, however as some have suggested ultimately automation is the goal (or delegation to others) and after some hard work and effort all of them will lend themselves to this. So ultimately, if you're confident you can see all three through to completion then do all three.

    Definitely A as it would allow me more time for other money making ventures.

    Hi there,

    I believe that the focus should be more on B and C, because these measures are to provide higher gains at a longer term. A could be a great choice, BUT NOT IN THE STATE WHERE YOU RECIEVE HIGHER TRAFFIC AND SALES.

    Hope this helps. Best of luck!

    At least not as the next step.

    You said that you were dominating your niche and that sales were increasing daily. Your logical next step is to set up an affiliate program and recruit affiliates in order to leverage their ability to sell on your behalf.

    Once you have an affiliate sales force in place, you're in a much better position to launch (with their help) one or more of the other options you have mentioned.

      So an affiliate program is the next logical step.

      Having an affiliate leader board and offering additional cash prizes to the top 5 selling affiliates, would motivate more sales among the other affiliates.

      Which service in your opinion would be best to use for the Affiliate program. Click bank, rap bank, digiresults etc? Or will allowing affiliates to sign up for the Affiliate program on multiple market places be more beneficial?

    I agree with Sid - none of those options.

    But my reason is that each option involves you moving away from your niche - you're selling the rights to your product or you're teaching others to do what you've done. That means finding a new or different market to the one you've been dominating, while in your own words: more and more people are entering your existing niche daily.

    I'd look to nurture my growing buyers list and create or source related products to sell to them and to add to my roster. Selling products to the same niche with the rep I've earned would be a much easier task. And it's always a good idea to be your own best competition.

    Sid's suggestion about an affiliate program is also worth heeding.

    If your product is that good - that it is dominating the niche - consider the following:

    1- Add an affiliate sales force as Sid has suggested;

    2- Use the profits from the product to ramp up sales with scaled paid advertising;

    3- Repurpose your product to dominate other niches as well. Surely there are closely related or parallel niches that could be exploited without changing your product significantly.
