Linking to same website

I own several websites and am quite picky on who to link out to. I tend to only link out to authority websites and organizations. I know this is a good practice and I have been doing this a lot. Lately though, I have been blogging on several topics that aren't talked much about by organizations, so I have been using a lot a particular website where doctors answer questions and link out to them. I was wondering if having several of my blog pages linking out to the same website may be frowned upon by search engines? Of course, it's not like I am linking out to the home page over and over,I am linking out to different pages of the website tackling different topics which back up with authority a statement I make. Is this a bad practice? Should I avoid this? Often, I cannot find any other website offering doctor statements from the issues I am covering.

I don't think so. You are linking to other sites that you do not own. It won't be considered as PBN by Google. Also you say your are linking to blog pages that are relevant to you so i think you will be fine...

out link to other authorities and remember to apply rel=”nofollow”

but yea, you should be linking to other people who already said "it" better than you did.

That's fine as long as the links add value to your content. If you don't want to vouch for a website, you can use the "nofollow" attribute.

    Don't overthink it.
If linking out to a particular site makes perfect sense and adds value to your content, just do it.

I agree with the just do it approach but make sure the anchor text is relevant!
