Default Hosting for legal mailing

Hello everyone!

I'm planning on running several e-mail campaings.
100% of the people that will receive my e-mails will be double opt-ined.
I will be using a legal copy of Interspire e-mail marketer.

Still many people say that I will get banned for spamming by my host or someone. I don't get this - could you guys please enlighten me ?

All my of opt-ins will come from landing pages where they will opt-in for an e-mail course that I will send them everyday over 30 days (basic seo, design etc.).

I would like to send e-mails everyday to all of my subscribers.
How many can I send without being banned ?

I will be setting 9 courses - 9 landing pages.
To each landing page I will be sanding about 1,5 mil. of real traffic and I hope to get 1-3% conversion on that traffic so will get about 50.000 people on my list from this - can I manage a list like this from a normal server? Is it going to be problem?

I'm mostly a designer and this e-mail thing is new to me but it's going to be an essential part of my new project so I would apprecieate any help

As I understand things, the large autoresponder companies like Aweber and GetResponse are recognized by most ISPs as emailing "legit," opted-in lists.

When you host your own lists yourself and send your emails from your own server, the ISPs are not certain you really have an opted-in list... even though you do.

i wouldn't suggest to run this large of a campaign on your own server. Maybe couple of thousands at the most.

You'll get hit up with lots of spam complaints and can get you shutdown. Yes even if your Double Opt-in it doesn't matter

Those anti-spammer freaks are relentless and will not be satisfied till they shut you down.

Just deal with a email company that gets whitelisted from the ISP's.

... and if you try to send from a shared hosting account, then you have only a "limited" amount of email's you can send in an hour (amount depends on the hosting provider and is different from one to the next.)
