Blog Flipping Q: CSS HTML or Wordpress

I am experimenting with Blog Flipping and I was wondering what buyers prefer.
Do they Like Wordpress - Easy to update and install Plugins or do they prefer custom written CSS/HTML websites (which they would need to know html to update) ?
