Promoting your product on Clickbank?

Hi there,

Been reading up on how to upload a new product on to clickbank as a vendor - is this a pretty easy thing to do from those of you that have your own products and have already done this? I presume you have a good chance of being approved if you can just follow the basic rules?

Can I just ask,for general customer service and returns do you have to get involved or do Clickbank deal with this completely. I heard there is an option where they will notify you if you want them to and if you don't they will just get on with it -is this the case?

Also my web designer will need to intregate the clickbank order page and I guess this is easy enough for them to do - can anyone point me into the right direction as to what info I would need to give to my designer and where I get this in Clickbank. Does this require alot of extra work as I think they will charge me extra for intrgrating this payment page to accept orders?

Thanks if anyone can giove me any advice or info regarding this as this is completely new to me.

Thanks a million!

If you just go into your account and read the help file and instructions, its really pretty easy.

If you make mistakes when you submit the product for approval, they'll send you an email suggesting the corrections you need.

They handle refunds and cancellations automatically - don't bother you. You just get an email that there is a refund in process and then another when they issue it.

If there are service issues (can't download or something else), they will send you a copy of the support request and it's your baby - help the customer.

As far as integration - you just use your hoplink code as a payment button - easy. And then for the download page, you just enter it in your CB account as the "successful payment page".

If a customer requests a refund (or cancellation if it's recurring) throught CBs email/ticketing system, you have one business day to interact with the customer to try to save the sale. You can do that by either contacting them directly, or replying to the CB ticket that was created for the refund.

If you do not change the CB ticket (with the customer's permission) for the refund or cancellation within one business day, it is automatically processed.

If you have your site set-up with a contacts page, the client can contact you directly for the refund or cancellation, in which case you can directly open a CB ticket for the request. In this case, it's processed right away.
