iDomain vs eDomain vs gDomain. Which one is better?

Hello warriors and domainers.

Need your opinions on Domain Names.

I did some research on one word domains and
found that almost all one word domains are
taken and already worth tens if not hundreds
of thousands dollars.

Then I did some research on the 'i' and 'e'
one word domains. Surprisingly, most
of them are also taken. Try to godaddy and
search for iBed/eBed, iBuilding/eBuilding,
iForum/eForum, iCars/eCars.

Then I tried to search on 'i' and 'e' cities
and countries. Surprisingly almost 98%
are taken except for the less population
countries. If we search iNewYork, eNewYork,
iAmerica, eAmerica, iSingapore, eSingapore,
iManchester, eManchester, and all
popular cities and countries, all taken.

Do you guys see any future on 'i' and 'e'
domain names? The trend now is to have
'i' in front of the domain and make them
brandable. Thats why we can see lots
new terms coming out like

iPhone, iPod, iStockPhoto
iReport, iTunes, iThink.

iReport.com was sold for $750k if
i am not mistaken. It is much more
expensive than the domain report.com !

How about eDomains? They are also
pretty popular like eBay, eMail, etc.

Now Google see the trend of 'i'
domains and create another domain
iGoogle several months ago. Not enough,
they create another trend of 'g' domains
which belong to Google! I know we are
all familiar with Gmail !

When I did a quick research, I found that
almost all of decent 'g' one word domains
are also taken. Go and try yourself to
search at godaddy: Gdomain.com,
Gdomains.com, GRent.com, Gcomputer.com,
GLaptop.com, GMoney.com, Gbank.com,
Gsport.com you name it. All decent 'g' one
words domain are taken !

Bill Gates once stated, "Domains have and
will continue to go up in value faster than
any other commodity ever known to man."

Domains are like real estates, as time goes
by, the available names become less and
less.

Sorry for the long 'story', but would like
to get warriors' opinions and views.
Between 'i', 'e' and 'g' domains, which one
do you guys think better and will have
high value in the future?

Have a nice poll

Cheers.

Arie

In my opinion eDomain has the most value, than iDomain, and in last gDomain.

I would rate 'i' and 'e' prefixes on the same plane. There have been lots of high end sales with both these prefixes.

gdomain is not worth getting into.
