EZA why can't you approve my articles faster?

I'm just wondering whether is it me or anyone else here having trouble to get fast approval for your EZA articles or not...

Some of my articles are taking more than 10 days to be approved and it's extremely FRUSTRATING when one of the "expert reviewer" edited my anchor text resource box link to turn it into a stupid plain link with no SEO benefit. I don't want to send any support email as it will take another 5-7 days to be replied. And I don't want to resubmit my article because it will take another 14 days to e approved..

If they're taking 2 weeks to approve my articles, then I have to submit my articles on the 1st and 14th of every month in order to get it approved just in time for the month.

Is there any other top Article submission site with SEO and backlinks benefits just like EZA (ex:most viewed article section)?

Thanks in advance for your input

Simple, simple. I just send a polite reminder to ezine support asking them to please see what the delay is on submission. I'll normally wait until the articles have been in the queue for 15 days. I did just that today and 2 of my oldest submits moved to published and 3 moved to final review.

    Always be polite.

The next article site that made its way on most google frontpage is articlebase. Although you have to be patient with Ezine because it's usually worth the waiting time. Ezine articles mostly made it to #1 spot in google.

Also, I think that the wait on ezine is worth it. I get way more article views on ezine then even goarticles.

have you checked out their twitter?(ezinearticles) They update that like crazy and it says there:

Yes, we're still running both 1st and 2nd shifts of Editors to catch up backlog. Premium, <1 day, Platinum <3 days, Basic/Basic+ <10 days

for september 1st... and probably they are running behind...

SECRET to getting your articles approved is to really read the above *HINT HINT* and look at who they give preference too...

Another huge HINT is to read their FAQ and other INFO about article submission, and approval from the editors... as it also tells you WHO they give preference to...

They also have a blog, which talks about all of this as well- but as I am unable to post links, I am sure a search in google titled: ezinearticlesblog will help you as the first thing that comes up is their forum etc...

    blog *DOT* ezinearticles *DOT* com

As for editing your resource box... use this format:

whatever the hell you want to say here

BUT>.. they do have a limit as to how much text can be in there, from what I am aware of, and they also limit how long your author box can be etc... as well Affiliate links are not allowed, just like on this forum... so maybe they saw something wrong with your link.

Honestly if you still do not have your question answered, it is good to ask them- as they may delay your things because you are in fact lacking something or are not meeting their guidelines... and if you don't meet their guidelines, chances are you won't meet anyone else's... because alot of these article websites are similar....

So best to really find out what is going on here, if it's your author box, or just the fact that you only submitted one.

Honestly speaking, they love people who submit more than one article, as in 10 or more at one time, so they do not feel their time is being wasted etc...

It is easier to approve more than one article at a time, and that may also be why it is being delayed.

Some of their members are putting in over 100 articles each day, others 50 etc... so they sure do have alot to continously do, and if you are only coming in with one article... they sure will kindof frown down on it, when you should be putting in more so they can approve it faster.

Don't ask me exactly how that gets it done faster for them, but they love doing things in groups...

so this is from experience... best of luck.

    Hey ebiz,

I have noticed that is taking longer than normal to get my articles approved. I came into WF looking for a thread with someone experiencing the same in hopes that it wasnt just my account or something.

I have a platinum account and usually my articles are accepted within 2 days and never longer than three (usually because of the weekend). Right now I have 13 articles waiting for final review and 9 or 10 of them have been pending for over a week.

Maybe they are just trying to play catch up from the holiday weekend. Hopefully they get it squared soon. I have been submitting to GoArticles in the mean time.

I'm in the same boat as you, Matt. I have 17 pending at the moment and the earliest one was submitted on the 2nd! I've never had to wait more than 2 days before.. I guess it must be pretty backed up.

yes longer than normal, but some people seem to be talking a matter of weeks.

I haven't experienced that but more days than usual, yes.

I got tired of the waiting and opted for the paid membership. It runs $97 a month, but it's well worth it because my articles are usually approved within a few hours (even on weekends & holidays) and never longer than one day. I have to say that they really bend over backwards for you as a paid member (and they keep on sending me gifts too).

I agree with one of the other answers here, in that they do seem to prefer it if you submit several articles at the same time, rather than just a single one. Of course, when you're writing all your own articles then it's not always easy to have a huge load ready, but hey, that's life :-)

You need a LOT of patience with them. If you don't have a lot of patience, it's either go premium or try something else

With EzineArticles, there is no escaping the wait, since many marketers sent in articles.

Realistically, be prepared to wait for at least 7 days. After which - as someone mentioned - simple send a polite PM to them.

Usually works for me, as my articles quickly get approved after that.

What you may want to do in your PM is:
    - state that you have waited for some time
    - praise EZineArticles staff and the website
    - And also mentioned that you are confident the editors will approve your articles soon.

These always seem to do the trick.

Bottomline - you want to use EA, you must be prepared to wait. After all, they are the premier article directory that gives you results.

I'm with Big Mike. You are getting some serious leverage from a high PR ranked site. Likely to get a good view in Google and its free, so patience is the key. I also use about another 150 article submission sites...not as good, but help the whole viral catalyst to take place.

Of course, when we review that time/money mix....we can always sign up for their monthly $97 subscription service and then you will have no problems with delays.

I submitted 15 articles on Monday(labor day in the US) and 6 of them went up Wednesday evening, with the other 9 still pending('your initial article review has been completed'). I made a sale from those first 6, so I'm not really complaining Premium membership is definitely something I'm interested in, once I'm comfortably making enough to cover it Hopefully that will be in the next few weeks.

I wonder how much EZA actually do review articles from paid members as opposed to free members? Do you reckon that they don't scan articles from paid members as closely and that's why they can get through in literally 5 minutes as one person posted here?

Yes there is a longer delay than usual - mine are taking 7-8 days (platinum) where they normally only take 2.

Are there any other advantages to premium other than much faster processing?
