Commenting on WF Blogs

Hello World. Simple query here: How does one go about commenting on WF blogs? I am sure you don't have to be a War Room member as I have seen non War Room members do so. And I think this is after the paid change.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

      Yeah, I know non WR members can't start blogs, but commenting on others is the issue I have.
