Im sure many of you have probably heard the saying 'look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves' (UK saying so not sure what the american version is). This is true in your own business too. So many times i look over my spendings and wonder just where it all went. For example last month i spent around $1300 on WSO's alone and still don't know what i brought exactly. Same goes for when i withdraw money for the day... i withdraw maybe £50 ($100~) so that i don't have to take anymore out the next day or whatever and yet when i get home i seem to only have loose change. I worked out that when i leave my house i spend on average £20 ($40~) a day, but that's not including lunch or dinner which i usually eat at home, nor does it include gas because i still haven't got my drivers license (failed twice now). The whole point of this thread is to simply make you think before you spend money or even pull put money to spend later... Take a moment to think before you hit the buy button or enter in your paypal information and ask yourself do you really need it? Is this going to help you to acheive your goals? Is it directly related to what you are doing right now or have planned to do in the very near future? And if you answered 'no' to any of these questions then don't buy or spend your money. If i hadn't brought all those wso's last month which weren't related to what i was doing and didn't directly help me in anyway except for waste a few hours reading them and probably given me an extra post as a review then i would have had $1300 extra this month. I could have gone on holiday for a week or two... Hired 1 full time virtual assistant and 1 full time writer to work for me for a whole month and still had money left to re-invest in something else. For some people $1300 alone is more than their monthly wage and i just spent it last month on literally nothing but information! I have nothing to show for it and i have not earnt anymore from that investment because i have not put those things into practice. So seriously, think before you spend as 'Every Penny Saved Is A Penny Made!' Tom Brite |

Hi Tom, I agree and I disagree. I've probably spent 3 or 4 times that on WSOs and as a direct result made more than I spent. Money I wouldn't have made had I not spent it. How? Shhhhhh, it's a secret. ![]() Anyway, I totally agree with you that you shouldn't waste money. WSOs have NEVER been a waste for me. (Ya gotta think out of the box on this one.) I've made money "on" every single one I've bought. George Wright |

Personally ive also made more money on wso's than i ever would have but the effects are usually never immediate and require me to take some sort of action. Tom Brite | |

True, Action is needed, but no more than 10 seconds worth to have a great ROI. ![]() EDIT: OK sometimes maybe 60 seconds. George Wright |
