Can you change your Clickbank Nickname?

Hi there,

I have been promoting one or two affiliate products a while ago and shortly will be launching my own product - can one change your nickname in your account to another nickname? Just wanted to start with a better name!

Can you open a couple of clickbank accounts to then try and direct some traffic/sales into all of the accounts to try and obtain a better gravity number from day one? I do recall someone mentioning this and don't really understand if there is a way to do it, if it is worth doing?

I don't think there is a way to change your clickbank name. You would have to get another name - its free. I once set up one that was very similiar to someone elses id and I just re-registered for a new one and don't use the other one.

You can't change your nickname as it's how clickbank tracks your commission and pays you. Whatever name you sign up with is what your name will be. You can however open a new account with a different nickname. Some people have several clickbank accounts and there isn't a rule against it (That I've seen anyway.) The choice is yours as to whether or not you still wish to use the other account you may also close it if you wish, and I believe clickbank will pay you your owed commissions up until the point in time that your account was closed. Don't quote me on the last part though. I've always had one account but know many people who use several.
