FTC Compliance, do I need a page on site?

I was just wondering do I need to Show an FTC Compliance page on my site and if so does anyone know of a good template I could use.

    If you're making an income claim you need an income disclaimer. Plugins like WP Fresh Start create this for you. Or you can use google and try to find a way to build it. If you use JV Zoo, they require an income disclaimer. But they also have one on their checkout page to cover their ass if you forget. They will still reach out to you and tell you to add it if you don't have one though.

      I believe as well that this is the best thing you can do.

    just have it up on your site.

    you can get one done with a plugin as pointed out above or with a template.

    I never make income claims, but if I publish testimonials, which I sometimes do on WF, I always include: "Original available for inspection by FTC if required."

    Written ones on paper that I quote I keep in my safe. All of the others I keep two copies in separate memory sticks.
