Whats the Best way to monetize my dating FB page?

hi friends,

I started an online dating fan page as part of another project a year back. Apart from posting a few pictures and posts, never did much.
Recently I signed up to a few other groups and found a steady flow of viewers. The 'likes' in my page is increasing (around 1500 now) and theres some amount of participation too in the form of comments and questions.

I would like to improve it and explore some modes of monetization.
This isn't my niche and never have I tried doing much with FB page.

What would you suggest? Will it possible to make some money from it?

      Or find people who like to advertise in your FB group in return for money. Although you shouldn't overdo this.

    Check out the Relationship products in the Self-Help section of Clickbank.com. You can become an affiliate for the products listed there and try advertising one of them to your Facebook page.

    Alternatively, you can become an affiliate for a dating site.

    Ultimately, it could be lucrative for you to set up a blog and/or a YouTube channel on the subject and drive traffic there from your Facebook page.

    That's a very good start, keep the momentum going!

    At the stage, I would recommend setting up a dating/relationship blog. With a blog, you can monetize in different ways. I'd also suggest to use your FB page to channel traffic to your blog.

    1- Collect their email address and send them email offering tips for dating, as an example. Recommending affiliate product or referring them to dating sites where you get paid CPS/CPA.

    2- Monetize with Ads like Google Adsense on your blog.

    3- As your blog getting good numbers of eyeballs, you may offer advertising to your blog.

    There are more you can do to monetize, the above are just a few example to give you some ideas.

      You are right, its still too small. Thats what I have just started to do. Have set up a Squeeze page. Need to sed more traffic to it.

      Thats a good idea. I have a similar blog which I can connect to this FB page.

      I never had much luck with Adsense. Keeping the blog updated with content will be a challenge. Since this is not a familiar niche for me.

    1. Start a dating/relationship advice related blog/site and promote affiliate products through it.
    2. Create various t-shirt designs related to the niche, ask which design they like etc. and finally make it available to them. Teespring is a good place to start.
    3. Promote a free product/eBook to your audiance and collect their email addresses for future sales.

    But you can't expect much sales from a 1500 audience. You need to grow it further.

    I'm pretty sure most dating networks have some form of CPL offer where they pay each affiliate a fixed commission per new signup.

    You could simply a few of those on your FB fanpage to monetise your base.

    Writing dating advice or other targeted e-books is a good place to start.

    I am not sure if you are aware, but there are reverse phone lookup "catch a cheater" type CPA offers making money, I haven't personally used them but they pay 14$ but its a trial CC signup.

    Additionally it may be your best option to find a network with a good dating app install, because app installs can be easier to convert. Like someone above me said, you will need to continue growing the page.
