Say, I have a review page for weight loss.

Who will be the target auidence for 'weight loss'? How to identify them via twitter or facebook or any other ways? (Suggest me something than organic results)

On twitter, you can search it using your keywords. Go to a social networks and search for a group that's related to your topic.

Find the places where you can find them for instance if your are running a health website join some health forum to market you target audience. On the other hand if you are running a tech blog you can find your target audience at some technology fare.

You may want to do something more long tailed then weight class.

Your target audience is defined by your keyword and who searches for that. I like more targeted audience and would use keywords that related to that precise audience.
