That is the serial number of the $1 bill that is worth $25,000.

A local radio station here, recorded that serial number, put the dollar bill in circulation and has offered a $25,000 reward for it. It's on all the news programs. FREE advertising for the radio station and $25k for one person.

Haha, wow, using something viral that almost everyone has ($1 bill) that is circulated and could potentially be had by ANYONE in the United States.
