Default Please Help! Showing Adsense & Clickbank as Monthly Income

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I need help right now.

My dilemma:

How do I show adsense and clickbank as a monthly income? What paper work do I need to prove it? Is there something I can print out quickly to prove I make money each month from adsense & clickbank?

I'm trying to refinance my home loan and get a much lower rate for the mortgage. The lender needs proof of my income to move forward -- as I can't very well say "Uhh, I make money online" they'd laugh me off the phone if i did that.

Adsense and clickbank have been the bulk of my income this past year, and this would be the first year that I would file for taxes (I have not filed taxes in regards to my adsense and clickbank income -- I don't know if that means anything).

I have no clue on what paper work I would need or If it's even reportable because I haven't paid taxes yet.

Please, someone fill me in on the general process of doing this. Do I just go to the websites and print off a past months payments? Or, is the process much more involved?

Alright, thanks for the help guys.

-Sean

Hello Sean,

You might want to contact ClickBank and Google directly... I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.

Your bank statement should show deposits from these two revenue sources long before you get a 1099 (USA).

But just like most other sources you list for income they don't carry as much weight in the beginning as they do once they pass the 24 month mark.

Your lender knows what they want to see and since they are the ones you need to convince you should ask them what form of proof of income they need for their underwriters.

But bank deposit records are probably what you have right now, so use them for proof.
