There is a new worm going around that exploits a vulnerability discovered last month in WordPress. You can read more about it here. Because the worm inserts malware in to infected sites, if your site is infected it could easily be flagged as unsafe by google and various anti-malware programs. The process for cleaning an infected site looks much more difficult than upgrading, so check your site and upgrade now before you get hit. |
