Hi guys,

I'm looking for an article or more information on content trend forecasting. Basically, compiling data in order to predict future audience trends.

I have a rough idea, but I'm struggling to find the information that backs up my opinion or throws it under a train.

https://www.google.com/trends/

search your niche..

and find out all the 'breakout' keywords in that niche..

  Breakout keywords can be good, however they can be short-lived so I've found.

I've been looking at this as well and there isn't much documentation. Like stocks, you can roughly gauge how a stock is going to do, but you need additional information to help validate whether the stock is likely to go up or down.
