Do I Need to Create a Affliates Resource Page

Hey Guys, I I just finished my Online video course and am putting up on my wordpress/optimize press (clickbank). I have been reading a lot on the warrior forum and other forums and have noticed many of you suggest getting a affiliates resource page to attract affliates. I am a bit confused on how to go about creating one.... I also is this something necessary that affiliates need. My lack of experience makes me feel that I wouldn't know exactly how to link the best keywords, or copy that they need. Any advice for a first time vendor.

Normally you would create an affiliates resource page on your site to generate income by selling products from businesses other than yourself.
For instance, you would have a page saying something like:

The main beauty of any affiliate program is how easily people can begin promote you products or service immediately by using the available resources they find on the affiliate resource page.

So it`s indeed for any product or service creators to setup a solid affiliate program for others who are interested to be affiliate to promote the products.

    Thanks so much

Most software like Optimizepress and Lead Pages have Templates for Affiliate/JV Pages.

Put a video on it introducing yourself and your Product. With affiliate link to the Offer, a link to view your Sales Page, and a JV sign up form. Some Email swipes

    I'd definitely go for one.
Being a busy affiliate myself, I often don't have time to create my own promo tools.

Check out 'Turbo JV Page Builder' or the 'Affiliate Toolbox' WP plugin.

Id do some marketing first and make sure your product converts. You won't get any decent affiliates without that. Do some ppc with Bing or some solo ads. Always start small and look at the numbers. When the numbers bring you a ROI then you can scale

What you need to do is create an affiliate area
that can only be accessed by signing up.

That way you can build a list of possible
affiliates and contact them directly when
you do launches / new products.

Hold off on your affiliate page.

You are jumping the gun. The odds that an affiliate would want to promote an unknown product right away is pretty slim. And even if they did, they can reach out to you.

What you should do is focus on getting your conversion rates up and finding out how to make your landing page better so when the time comes, affiliates will be attracted to promoting your offer because you have good stats to backup your product.

Okay, I think I will focus on getting affiliates, getting sales and my landing page and then I will create a resource page. Any good courses on learning to be a successful vendor?
