Should I cut my funnel?

Hey guys!
How are you doing? Hope your stacking massive cash

I just got involved in Aff Marketing advertising the Betting industry and I'm working
with Revenue Share.

That's how my campaign works:
My leads opt-in through my squeeze Page to get betting strategies (in the form of video-tutorials).
On the same page where I embed the video-tutorials I ask'em to apply the strategies subscribing to the bookies through my aff. links.

So the funnel structure is:
FB ad -> Squeeze Page -> Email with the link to the videos -> video-tutorials -> Aff Link

1- What do you guys think? Is anyone of you involved in this kind of Aff Marketing?
2- Do you think I could build a shorter and more effective funnel in order to optimize conversions?

once you get their email address, how many emails do you have in the sequence and do you promote any products other than bookies?

      Hello al!

      1) For now I only send them a link to access a "Restricted Area" where they can find all the strategies I promise to give them in the squeeze page.
I'll have to master the "funnel game" and build a better and more converting email series. Do you have any suggestions about where I can start learning (video-courses, coaching, books) ?

      2) My IM career started last Friday
I've preferred to start building my list instead of just giving away my strategies for free on YT or elsewhere because doing so, in the future, I hope I'll have a highly targeted list to whom I could target other betting related products.

Nice to meet you al, have a great day!

Your biggest problem is that you make money when your customer loses money. So, nobody will ever view you as an expert in your field and the lifespan of your average customer will be extremely low. In my opinion, you should also sell the picks for each strategy for a monthly fee. Much higher income potential.

      Hello Gambino!

Actually my strategies are a win-win opportunity.

I'm sure you've already heard of "bonus scalping": I teach them how to make money risk free so they don't mind if they lose on one bookmaker because they'll win on the other one.

I'll keep your advice for the future because picks are an excellent strategy to get a recurring payment while providing value for their bets.

Thanks for joining this conversation and have a great day Gam!

Your funnel is pretty decent if you want to build a betting list and concentrate on the gambling industry.

From my experience you will find that you are essentially promoting a pay per sale product, which means you take on all the risk and the bookies take on none (the higher affiliate commissions are usually only trigger when the customer makes a deposit). I prefer when the buyers take on at least half of the risk themselves which is a much fairer position to be in.

Personally, I would trim down your funnel to AD -> SQUEEZE PAGE -> SIGNUP FORM and promote products that pay per signup, lead, enquiry or application without the need to deposit any money or make a purchase. That way, you share the risk equally with the company selling the product or the service.

Also stick to $20 per CPA minimum if you can, otherwise you will thin out your margins too much.

    Hope that helps

      I appreciate it Nick! Thanks!

Appling my strategies actually involves signing up to the bookies because I essentially teach bonus scalping techniques that, as you know, only work when you signup for the first time.

Thanks for your advice on the "20$ per CPA minimum": I'm a complete newbie and every tip from a Pro is wholeheartedly appreciated.

      Thanks again Nick

      What up Ike?

Thanks for joining this conversation and nice to meet you!

I started buying some FB traffic last friday and since then every new email costs me around 1$ but still 0 conversions.
People are highly intersted in what I have to offer but It seems there's something stopping them from taking action and I'll have to learn what's the problem.

The "email series" is just 1 email long so I'm even ashamed to call that "series".

      Have a great day Ike

Need to work on that , seriously. Otherwise all your work is for naught. It's like driving a Ferrari to a racetack only to find someone substituted it with a VW beetle engine

Or do at least Broadcasts week in and week out every few days.

The Follow Ups/ Broadcasts is the " engine" of your business

          Thanks Robert!

As you said I'm going to work on that last part of the funnel as I'm not converting leads into prospects.

Do you know some very good online course/book/"guru" that teaches email followup?

Thanks Robert, have an amazing day!
