What's your favourite program for video chats and screen sharing with clients

Hi

I'd love to hear what program everyone is using for video chats with clients and also screen sharing for presentations.

We are based in Oz however pitch to client's based in Asia (China) and a few other places on a regular basis.

While we use Skype, it's not always a great connection and i wonder if there is a program out there with better functionality.

What is everyone using for professional video conversations and also screen sharing of documents?

    It appears a kind of video streaming when we are talking about video conference. I think you can try some Wowza solutions for this. In this case quality will depend on your hosting provider.

    We always Skype for that or some companies have their internal system for that.Otherwise video call is also a better option.

    I always use Skype for Video Chatting and Screen Sharing.. Teamviewer is good to use clients PC to guide him some stuff..

    Some years ago, I've used LogmeIn, but now I'm using TeamView, that's really a good application to screen sharing and supporting. You should try that app.

      Yep, I have used TeamView for a few overseas clients before and I liked the security of it and also how easy it was to set up the session.

      I know it is free for personal use, are you paying for professional version out of interest?

      It says it is $44.90 per month for the business version, which seems fairly steep.

      Thanks - that is usually my go to as well, however I do have a few issues video calling clients in China, the connection is pretty bad.

    My fave program for video chats and screen sharing with clients is https://zoom.us.
    Video, audio, screen sharing quality is great. It's free for unlimited number of meetings for up to 50 participants. However, there is a limit of 40 minutes for group meetings under the free plan.

    I have been using the Skype for a log time, Beside the Skype I use the Team viewer also. The Team viewer can give the control of the other part. So most of the time I use this apps. Thanks for your interest.
