Perhaps the best approach is not to focus on monetizing to begin with. Instead, spend your time producing videos people will want to watch. Release them with consistency to develop a relationship with your audience. Once you have a large audience, the opportunities will likely follow.

What other things product and services can your subscribers use? You can always review a product with an affiliate link.

I would suggest starting an email list if you don't have one. Start with the usual suspects, by offering a free video that goes in depth on a hot topic in your niche. This way you can offer affiliate promo's in the email.

That's fantastic that you have so many subscribers. A few ideas come to mind.

Start up a wordpress site (or even a blogger.com) and host your videos there. Tell all your subscribers to go there for an easier viewing experience + written articles ect. with more adsense ads, You'll get double the revenue.

Get the word out that you're looking for sponsors.

Promote affiliate offers and link to them below the video.

    Good luck! Hope this helps!

You won't double anything... You might make more money. But a lot less than you'd make if you put offers in front of them that pay better than adsense. So, make yourself a list and put in front of them other, better-paying, offers.

If you tell me more about your audience, I can find an offer for that aligns well with your audiences needs. You can easily place a link within the ad or promote the actual product if you decide to run a CPA or eCommerce. Let me know if you want me to help you make some $$ you can invest back into your channel. danielk at a4d.com

These tips seem solid for monetizing strategies. Good stuff!

I'd add, to create super helpful, high energy videos for your powers. All rocking videos have that IT factor that reels in loads of folks/minions/loyal viewers Do a smash up job on that, and you can monetize effectively through channels mentioned above.

    Happy YouTubing!

I think it's about the quality of contents you share. Once you show people what they want to see, they'll become your true fans, your true subscribers that wait for your new videos.

Some of my favorite YouTube channels use their brand/logo to sell clothing. The more subscribers you have, the more influence you have.

9,500 is a great start. I'm not sure what your niche is - but this is a possibility.

Me personally, I'd use your Youtube channel it to build a list by linking to a squeeze page.

This way, you can build a relationship and recommend affiliate products to them in the process.

Then later down the road... Consider creating your own product and sell it to them.

That's what I would do if I was you anyway.

    Good luck,

After you include the basic information on your video in the description, make sure you add outbound links to everything that you’d like to sell to prospective fans. Merch stores, iTunes, Spotify…all great places to draw your fans to for further revenue.
