Payment processor for services that doesn't have a fixed price?

Hello WarriorForum. Long time no see

Do anyone know about a payment processor where I can send invoices to customers so I don't have to offer my service at a fixed price? No, I'm not willing to use PayPal for this because of their horrible treatment of vendors when it comes to disputes.

I use Xero - however I guess it really depends on what you need the platform to do.

Xero has automatic reminders, automatic billing and also has great reporting for tax etc.

It's worth a look. It is around $50 per month, so I guess it is really all based on price point and what your accountant wants your billing and payment processing to be able to do.

Have you tried Payoneer? They're a bit of a pain to set up and $30 a year but the fee's are low and they provide a Mastercard... So far I'm finding them the best solution for me...

Want to give some examples of this horrible treatment. I have used them for an ecommerce site since 2005. In that time we have had very few disputes and the ones we did have were handled professionally. Most situations we won the dispute.

Remember a lot of times when a dispute is filed it is filed with the credit card company and paypal just passes the dispute to you.

Most times if there is a dispute for a paypal transaction you find out that the vendor is actually at fault. Using paypal is like using any other merchant service when it comes to disputes and you will also find that when a dispute is filed with a credit card company they are harder on you than paypal.
