I know how to use wordpress very well, but I don't which plugins to use in order to make a portal. Can you please help me. Thank you.

I cannot remember what video I saw, so if the person who created it recognizes this post please chime in. Not sure how detailed you want to make it, but I have seen people create one in the past using the "categories" section as the business listing section. For example there were categories such as "Plumbers," "Mechanics," "Accountants," etc. The posts in that category became the individual listings. Then you have to go in and handcode the individual post template to your liking. For example, instead of it reading something like "Comment" you can have it say "Testimonial." Again it all depends on how detailed you plan on making it, if it is just a simple portal then using a clean theme and hand coding it to your liking should do just fine. |
