Do memembers have a view on the acceptable response times from a marketeers' support team? Naturally if the answer arrives in a few minutes that's great but sometimes questions need more time to be considered and an answer found. Also how important is the marketeer's record of support to members when considering buying another product from him/her? Barrie |
