How can I scale a service driven business?

I currently run FlyPx, A service that hooks you up with a dedicated professional designer for unlimited graphic design jobs at a flat monthly fee. We're profitable & growing (wrote about how we went from idea to $1596/MRR in 48 hours here, but currently looking for ways to further push our scalability.

The ideas we're currently playing with is expand into social media management, keeping the same model and handling the growth and management of Instagram, Facebook etc.

    What did most of your customers often requested from your designers for the past several months or so? And, what do they mostly want now?

    Finding out those things could probably help you confirm if your customers want more brand exposure at relevant social networks and more social traffic, or, if they want something else like more app development or Kindle projects done for them ...

    Partnering up with video developers, content writers and app creators could also work - This way, you can add compelling apps and media-rich content like Facebook Instant Articles and Youtube videos as well as captivating ads in these networks to the list of things that you can do for your customers ...
