Banned or Illegal Domain Name words -
Can someone who is arranging loans use "bank" in their domain name even though they are NOT a real bank?

IF YES, then I guess the problem would then be if someone registers or starts a company with that DBA or fictitious name, they could then seize the name unless it was filed by me in a county prior.
