What are examples of automated services to offer to businesses/site members?
I have a site that is doing okay, but I need to make enough to leave my job.
It's a website that teaches my niche internet marketing and social media marketing. I charge a one time fee to access all the resources, videos i've made, and ebooks I write.
I have a growing list and I feel that the goldmine is coming up with a service to offer these people because a lot of the I feel will be too lazy to do it themselves. I've considered web design and press release...and maybe some facebook ads management..but that takes up a lot of time and I already work 8 hours a day.
I also thought of outsourcing some of the task that may be too time consuming for me, but managing orders and adding my own touch to the work would be time consuming as well since I would 8 hours a day.
is there something I could offer to help these people further with promoting their career/content online that would make my life easier and make me money at the same time?
