Clickbank questions

Hi Everybody!

I am a Newbie and I am trying to get started. I am in the Natural Health Niche and am interested in promoting a Clickbank product(s). I have a website that I am still working on. I am trying to move to monetization but the site is not finished. I have been looking into making landing pages and giving away ebooks to start my list since the site is still under construction. I just have a few questions...

-How important is gravity when looking for a product to promote on Clickbank, especially when looking at products that re-bill?
-Do I need to sign up for just Clickbank or do I sign up for Clickbank and each individual offer?
-For the experienced IM, what has been most successful for you in promoting your affiliate offers?

Your answers are greatly appreciated.

    Welcome

    Now gravity is an important aspect .It tells you that few other affiliates have made money selling the offer recently so the offer is converting .

    But it is not be all and end all.There are offers which has low gravity it just tells me either the offer is new or it is not converting .

    go with this when you see an offer ask your self this if you were in the shoes of your visitors would you buy this .If the answer is yes go for that and in most cases it will have higher gravity .

    Once you sign up to clickbank you can always promote a promote without the vendor's approval.Just click on the offer and then promote it. Clickbank will automatically give you a link (unique).If anyone clicks on that and purchase you will make money

      Thank you so much for your response. I had considered the question of whether or not I would purchase particular products if it were me looking at the advertisement, but wasn't sure if that was the right method.

    Hey there!


    You only need to make one CB account but put all the right information in there!


    Look for a gravity of at least 20 but stay away from the ones that have 150-200 too competitive if your a newbie!


    Success? Find a plan that works and do it everyday!


    Also have the mindset that this will take weeks to even months to see profit!

    Hi Antoinette:
    Clickbank is one of the largest affiliate sites around. There are plenty of products to choose from on the site. Compare several products in your niche (Natural Health) before making a final decision.
    As mentioned previously, gravity is important. You might not want to promote the product with the highest gravity but maybe the second or third highest. The highest has the most affiliates promoting it usually.
    Check out the sales pages of the products first. If you clicked on that sales page which one would you be more inclined to buy?
    Consider promoting a product that has upsells since you typically get some of that commission also.
    Consider the % affiliate commission also.
    That ranges is from 50% all the way to 100% on the front end
    Consider the sales price. You have to convert many more subscribers at $4.95 than you do for a similar product at $19.99 (4 times as many)

    Aim for anything above 20 in the beginning. But not to high like 80-100, it will be either to competitive or "saturated". When you have more experience or at least a solid method to get sales asap. You can go for below 20 and makes massive sales since competition is pretty much 0.

    While ClickBank is one way to go, a lot of newbies find that they make no money at all with ClickBank, but can make money consistently using other affiliate programs with the same content (or mailing-list etc.).

    For example, consider the Amazon affiliate program. I'm sure they have lots of products which are relevant to your natural health niche. Try both ClickBank and Amazon, see which works best, then optimize for that.

    There are other options you can try too, including CPA offers, which can be easier to make money with because the visitor doesn't need to buy anything for you to make money.

    If you do try Amazon, be careful with their terms and conditions . . . you are not allowed to quote any user-review, user-rating or price, or generalize or summarize any of those, so make sure you understand their rules (ClickBank is easier in that sense).
