where to search for an "warning" script. please help

i´m looking for these kind of script:
when people want to leave a webpage then comes a "attention: do you really want to leave? but maybe are you interested in our newsletter..bla,bla"
i need just a free or cheap script for that. i don´t know really exactly for what i have to look at the scriptresource sites.
i think here are a lot of people how to call these scripts or can send me a link.
the script should only offer these warning popup (or better a layer cause of popupblockers), when a user really want to leave from site and it must be fully customable, cause i need it for gramn audiende and i still have a newsletterbox which i want to put in the warning layer.
