Puzzling Local Business Problem

I set up a website for a local accommodation provider and added them to Google Local Business back in January this year.

Just had a call from her to say that her local biz listing is now showing her biz as closed i.e. Mon - closed through to Sun - closed.

I checked the listing and it remains set up as it always has been as Mon - Sun 9am - 10pm

Anyone encountered this before? and more to the point, know how to correct it?

When you first set up the website for her did you ever have business hours as "closed" before you completely finished the site?

If so, maybe she has that old version of the site stuck in her cache such that everytime she goes to her site she sees the "old" version.

Clear her computer browser's cache.

Maybe???

Is she looking at the same listing you are?

Perhaps a competitor, or someone with an ax to grind, set up a listing that could easily be confused with the one you set up.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I changed the opening times to different times, changed them back again and saved. Today the correct opening times display in her local biz listing.

What's significant is that she noticed because she was getting less enquiries than normal.
