Excellent thread...I like how you broke it all down.

Another way to get on the "most viewed" section of Ezine articles is to build backlinks to the articles themselves. But that could be a whole thread in and of itself.

Kim, you're a legend!!
This info is absolute dynamite.
As I think you said earlier in the thread, its important to take the info in context to each niche and go from there. Its pointless just going for the highest ranking site, posting there and expecting a flood of traffic, if its not in your niche.

Thanks again for the details.

Very cool list. Another thing I've heard some good things about, my haven't had a chance to try myself is to turn your ebooks into .exe files to open those directories to your backlinks.

Hey Mark,

Yes that does work very well. Also, the software directories are very authoritative sites that rank extremely well in Google. So if you have a targeted keyword phrase that you're going after, software directories are an excellent place to get ranked for those particular keywords.

You simply optimize your list for that keyword phrase (by putting it in the title of your software/ebook and in the description and file name.)

Default 21 Untapped Traffic Sources

I use a permanent 007 Contest but it attracts almost no traffic.
However, I am going to be offering a 42" HD TV maybe a Sony Weqa-KF42WE610 for $2,419 or a Polaroid FLM-4201 within 6 months.
Or do you think a MAC would be better and if so what model?
I can do this because I am an electronic reviewer. I want to get in the
Frank Kern Mass Control mode.

And I don't think I have enough time, but who would be interested in doing a 12 Days Before Christmas GiveAway as in the Mark Hendricks mode
from Hunteridge? It may take some php or perl programming and I am not
sure I am up to that. I am rusty. Maybe plan for net year and do a super
list building giveaway?
I would prefer to plan for next year or do a 10 Days of Independence GiveAway starting July 4th? Or come up with a good Holiday date.

I have backlinks to my Squidoo pages and Hubpages. Doesn't help and I haven't done much there. But you could spin an article, put many versions on the FreeTrafficSystem and then have them point to your EzineArticles article.
If you have a long running well linked blog you get it to #1 or #2 on Google for almost any post or at least page 1.

everytime i buy a WSO or something, i always ask the seller if they show traffic techniques and they say YES. However, they always go into great detial about the most saturated traffic techniques on the internet. And, thats probably because they use your traffic techniques and dont want to tell others about them. Thank you very much.I'll be using them within the next couple of hours. AGAIN THANK YOU

Absolutely great list with new ideas that I havn't seen before. Thanks for taking the time to write it up and share it with us!

Loft Conversions are a cost effective way to add extra living space to your home. The space in your loft is wasted space, where as an extra bedroom will add value to your home. Its not as hard as you might think to convert your loft, you can either get a builder to do the work or go for a DIY conversion.

My favorite traffic strategie is Tag Videos
If we use the same tags as another related video on YouTube, then we will have a very good chance of appearing in the related videos in the sidebar of that video, which can send us tons of extra traffic, especially if it's a popular video.
More traffic = More Sales

These methods are pure gold. I use MTURK a lot too, it is a great way to do crowdsourcing. Some of the lesser article marketing sites are great ways to get PR juice. Also, paid directories can feed you traffic as well as pr. There is one surprise that you did not talk up a press release as a way to get both traffic and link juice. My favorite way to get traffic is to go on a radio talk show and talk up my service.

These are some very interesting points to share.

True, ezine doesn't quite cut it anymore because so many are into the whole ezine thing, although it does help to an extent in backlinking (to some degree).

Thanks for the information. Syndication does do wonders in driving traffic.

She is one (a guru) in her own right. The difference is, Kim doesn't loosely term herself as one just to create hype. She doesn't have to because the knowledge she shares clearly illustrates that she knows what she's talking about.

I agree she shares a lot of information but that just goes to show how real she is compared with others.

Most of the stuff I see here (Free) are rehashed/re-written materials but what Kim offers for free, most of the time youd have to pay thousands of dollars for.

I think this also builds her image and goes to show she isn't one of those morally bankrupt internet marketers that unfortunately, even exist on WF. (Well, theyre everywhere, right?)

Personally, from many I've seen, Kim provides great value at zero upfront cost and she actively responds to concerns and queries, further building her rep as a solid coach/ mentor/ internet marketer.

Other people who hang out in the WF, do sell information, but most of the time the info out there leaves you scratching your head.

Sure, they give the basic, content, value, traffic, monetize formula but it's the "HOW TO DO THAT" portion that many of them don't give out. And, to an extent, with all due respect to others, not too many actually address concerns or what not.

Most just whip up an ebook for a quick sale and don't give a hoot about concerns. Their logic is, it's information that doesn't guarantee.

While everything is never 100% fail proof, I do believe that again, the information Kim provides is a ten fold more valuable than a lot of paid garbage you will eventually run into on WF. A great number of sales here are a "hit and run" - they take your money and just run with it.

I could easily whip up an ebook and toss it for a quick buck having the ability to write. However, it is against my moral ethics to try and trick people into buying garbage that is already available if you just look hard enough. Unfortunately, not too many people have the same thoughts and opinions.

The general formula for driving traffic sounds very simple.
- You need a product to promote
- You need to provide value and content to a customer
- You need to drive traffic for monetization

Still, we all know that actually finding success there is harder than it sounds.

I've read many ebooks and spent a significant amount on those stupid garbage, which actually even comes from WF when Kim's information is free and makes more sense.

So, with that said, THANK YOU Kim for providing such accessible, real info t the rest of us.

As someone who has been inside Kim's Super Affiliate Club membership site, I can say that she provides a tremendous amount of value. This post is just icing on the cake. If you want a complete blueprint for a 6 figure business Kim's membership site is the place to find it.

Kim has encouraged me to begin to build a list. This was something outside of my comfort zone but after receiving advice from Kim, I am beginning to take action. I am just starting to implement the methods she has outlined in this post and will report back later as to the success of each method.

However, I know they are going to work. It is exciting to begin a new venture that will eventually turn my small business into a full time income. Thank you Kim.

Careful here folks,

I know that number 10 "StumbleUpon advertising, which is just 5 cents per view." violates the EZA TOS and they will ban you if you get caught.

"You agree to not purchase or utilize PPC (PayPerClick), PPV (PayPerView) traffic, safelists, or traffic exchanges to artificially inflate your EzineArticles traffic stats. Doing so may result in your account being terminated."

Plus it is just totally black-hat and spammy.

Number 19, I got a message from mturk stating that they forbid this practice. Never read their TOS, so I'm not quoting, but they just canceled my jobs and said to not do it again.

Kim, I'm on your list, and I'm a fan, so not trying to throw mud, but you might want to edit those.

Thanks for this Kim. I also went to your website and you present everything in a pretty authentic way. We need honest and straightforward marketers.

I love this list. Most are things that I haven't even thought of, and a few are things that I would like to learn more about, such as JV giveaways.

Either way, I'm going to copy this information so that I can refer to it often.
