Hey Fellow Warriors,
Thanks for dropping by my thread. As plainly as I can put it, I need your help. I am launching a physical product in 12 days and I am having huge problems choosing a payment processor and a merchant account and how to link the two and which company works the best in linking order to the company that will fulfill the physical products. I live in Singapore so most of the advice I have read so far like selecting "Authorize.net" and "Powerpay.biz" can't apply to me, at least not in 12 days. Some of the many questions in my head, should I buy/choose a shopping cart, go with paydotcom, e-junkie, or should I use paypal, or maybe another payment processor? I need a processor/software/platform that can track affiliates too so that's a big, big part too. Is there one that exists? I am confident that with your experience so far, you can give me a helpful opinion that I can just take and run with. I am not that good with the IT part and with my launch in 12 days, I am looking for something that is easy, quick and fast to set up. Something that allows me to collect international orders fast, reliable and something that allows me to get the necessary data to the company who will be fulfilling my physical product orders and shipping them out. What would be your recommendation? Appreciate your comments and I look forward to helping you in the future in whatever way I can, should you need anything. Hear from you and thanks. Cheers, Franklin |

I would go with pay pal, its safe and secure. They have a good help line support number. You can get things fixed quickly. And plus i believe they advertise businesses that use pay pal on there website. So i would go with pay pal.

Hi inmyneed,
Thanks for your answer. What would your advice for me to track affiliates and manage affiliates, with a physical product from Singapore. Most tools only support US Merchant Accounts so what's your advice? Cheers, Franklin |

It sounds like Rapid Action Profits with Paypal may be a good solution for you. It will handle the product delivery, OTO, customer management, affiliates and I believe you can hack a way to send fulfillment info to warehouses. If not, I'm sure Sid Hale can help you out.

Hi BlueSquares,
Really appreciate the prompt advice. I must confess my tech skills are not up to par so could you explain what hack a way to the warehouse means? I am wondering if what you suggested might link up to a fulfillment house like Kunaki.com or Disc.com automatically because the thought of physically copying and pasting customer information continually does not sound very enticing. Thanks for helping me out and I will be glad to give you a hand in the near future. Cheers, Franklin |
