After building a new internet business that appears to have a working model, you want to scale operations.

Say you now have the confidence and greater need to delegate and automate, what are the first 3 roles that you hand off to someone/something else?

You can hire in-house staff, contractors, an agency, or even SaaS. The point is to remove yourself from roles that are best fulfilled by others, so you can focus on the bigger picture.

    No two businesses are the same, so it really depends. The obvious answer would be to outsource the most mundane or time intensive tasks.

    List the task that you can have someone do. Anything that is time consuming : Marketing tasks, SEO, data entry usually go first. Then automated internal tasks as you go through without loosing control over ur site.
