Selling Affiliate products on Craig's List.

How exactly would someone sell affiliate products which technically aren't their's on sites such as Craig's list? Say for example you want to sell third party merchandise from an affiliate website for a commission but have no control over shipping and pricing.
Craig's list makes this extremely difficult by warning people against dealing with third party sellers or anything aside from face to face person to person transactions.

    Many of the larger affiliate sites will drop you if you try to market on CL, be careful.

    Don't use Craigslist for marketing if you're marketing through Craigslist. They'll probably delete your account. Just giving a heads up
