Verify Google Business

I a having some issues with verifing my business through Google. I already received 4 postcards with the code to confirm and verify the business. Every time i enter the new code it says is invalid. Today i realized there is another duplicate business (not mine) under ny name and i don;t know how to proceed further. I don;t know who to contact google to help me on this. I have tried to send a message to them on their account twitter/mybusiness. Still waiting on an answer.

Have you guys exerienced this? Which is the best dept. to get in touch to solve this isseues? I have tried but all i get is automated responses and would like to talk to a real person.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
