Are chatbots just for big business? Or is it possible we all could be using them soon?
I have been on a few websites for telco companies trying to troubleshoot that are using chatbots.on the whole the experience was really great and I ended up getting my issue resolved really quickly.
It got me thinking, I know chatbots are probably expensive to use, but at what level can our websites use these to connect with users, drive engagement and resolve any issues.
Are they just for the big guys or can everyone use them.
I've got no idea of the price point, but the experience was so good I wonder if the cost would convert staggering amounts of sales... anyone use them?
And are they available for SMEs yet or just big tech companies?
