Help with forms

Hi everyone,

I'm trying several form plugins in Wordpress and some questions have arisen in the process.

I need the plugin to provide a field for city and state choice. Also, if the plugin doesn't have the cities and states of my country in its database, how could I add this data into the plugin?

Also, I'll need to have more than 2000 options distributed into several selection boxes. Is there any plugin that would allow me to input this data in bulk, instead of adding one by one?

    Learn how the data is stored and add your own. I've never seen a forms plugin with a city/state/country database of its own.
