Is Amazon reliable?

I just started another website that is a commercial amazon site. I woke up this morning, logged on, and my entire store was gone! I logged on to Amazon.com/associates and there was a message that one of my items had been removed from the store - fine. But they deleted the entire store! I sent them a pretty scathing message.

Have any of you guys had this happen before???

How can the whole store be deleted when one item is removed?
Please post here if you get any explanation from Amazon

It was just one bundt pan. No big deal since I understand merchandise changes. It was just when the whole store disappeared that I got upset. Hopefully, I'll hear back from them by Monday. I told them to let me know how it can not happen again in the future...
