Does anybody do this?

I was wondering if its a good idea to promote only one product for the first month to your subscribers after they sign up to your list. Let's say for the first 30 days you give them a mixture between valuable content and promotions to only one product. Then see how well that goes and then go on to another product for the next 30 days and repeat the same thing.

It all depends on the product you promote, how your subscribers got on your list, and how willing they are to buy stuff you recommend.

If your subscribers got on your list by wanting a freebie, and they have no existing relationship with you, you can use a whole month to pitch one big ticket product.

You can build a relationship with them without selling anything, and only giving them free information and education for a week or two.
After two weeks keep doing so (building a relationship) but also start mentioning your big ticket product here and there (don't offer it yet - just mention it and build curiosity).
On the third week, after you have a good relationship with your subscribers, and they know a bit about your big ticket offer (and are curious about it), start selling it to them.

So the simple answer to your question is: it depends.
But, usually I will not recommend it for newbies, because selling a big ticket offer is something that requires a bit of skill and experience.

    Good luck.

    Hi:

That sounds like a good strategy. You could even recycle back around in 6 to 9 months and promote the same products again. It take 7-10 times of seeing something before people will buy.

    Good Luck,
