Why have I only got 2 Kontera ads in 4000 words on my blog:confused:

I put Kontera on my blog thinking they would appear every 1 in 100-300 words. I have 2 in 4000 words.

I have requested more ads (twice) and they agreed to increase the density but I've still only got 2 ads.

I was thinking I might have a difficult niche for Kontera (One of the ads isn't even relative)

Can anyone offer some info or advice?
