Anyone know how to use thesis

I've just installed it and it driving me insane. does anyone know a good site where I can get online tutorials?

Not really, it has no video's and it's too geeky even for me! I am just wondering if anyone know of a good tutorial website. I think is it great but the way things are described are unecessarily complicated.

One of Justin Brooke's web-flipping tutorials features the use of thesis. It is actually a nice kickstart to using Thesis, though the focus is on flipping blogs. Just go to his site and ask them about it. Home Of Website Flipping Experts Justin & Chaunna Brooke (this is NOT an affiliate link)

(I prefer ThemeHybrid myself, which is free. Ongoing help from the developer for an extra $25. Better and cheaper, can't beat that)

tells you a lot about custimizing it using a Firefox plug called "Fire Bug"

Make sure you install Openhooks for thesis. It makes life much easier. I use thesis and consider myself to be slightly above a newbie on it

but love doing research.

Thesis is confusing for the beginner. And even more so for non technie personwho is used to customizing their wordpress theme the "usual" way.

You have to learn a whole different way of thinking. The thing I like most is the easy customization with the control panel.

It may help if you posted what exactly you are having problem with.

But definitely do what someone else in this thread has suggested and download the thesis openhook plugin. This takes away some of the mystery of hooks.

I don't really understand them myself and I use thesis.
