Default Quick WSO Bump question - Strange message in email

I just paid to bump a WSO and got two email messages in my inbox... one to confirm the payment and one with the following content:

Quote:
If you are a member or customer of one of our sites or products please submit a ticket at: Warrior Forum Helpdesk

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are forced to use only the help desk for all support requests.

Thank you,

Allen

Did I miss something? Do we have to submit a ticket after using the bump form to pay for a WSO bump.

Thanks,

John

It's probably just informational - Allen educating customers/members on the best way to get help.

Hi John,
I got that one too.
You don't have to do anything with it.
It's just for use if you get any problems.

Yeah, Les is right. It's an "automated" message that gets sent out whenever an email is sent to that particular email address (similar to the 'vacation response' you can set up in your own email box). It's really handy, because it gives us exactly the information we need if we have any issues with the forum that require a helpdesk. You might want to file one of those messages away, in case you need the information it gives you.

And no, you don't have to do anything more in order to bump your WSO. You simply got that message because your Paypal payment information was sent to that email box.

Ah fair enough.

It confused me because I have done a bump before and didn't get the message so I thought perhaps Allen is away and WSOs are not being bumped?

Yep, mine was bumped too... so I guess you folks are right - it was just an informational message.
