Adult website with own content. Best practice. Opinions needed.
Dear Warriors,
First of all let me thank you for accepting my registration and as a new member let me also introduce myself. My name is Fredrik and I am making money online since 2003. This was always a part time job for me and I had many success stories but I always had a fix income as well. During the golden ages I was making a decent salary for myself only from my online projects. For the last 8 years I am working in the gambling industry and slowly I was not focusing too much on my online projects as compared to the golden ages, nowadays there are too many hard working smart guys and companies who easily rule the market over a hobby warrior like me.
Long story short, I would like to enter in the adult industry with a website, but only as project manager not as an actor
). I have the opportunity to work with studios and models basically from this point of view everything looks fine (ofc until I pay why shouldn't be). My problem is that I would like to make it available for free, without Membership Only structure but I am not a fan of creating another tube site. I want to build a fan base or something similar. I am wondering if any of you have relevant experience in this, how to make it effective, how to monetize, what are your ideas? Is this a dead idea?
As I will have my own content I can do basically what I want, but this field for me was always a grey area so maybe I will find some warriors who can give me some hints and tips based on the above info's. In case you have any questions feel free to get in touch with me.
