Guys, If I am selling a digital product in E-Junkie with the support of affiliates, i will pay them every month. But what about the PayPal refunds AFTER i pay the affiliate commissions? Do I lose twice? The product money + the affiliate commission I've already paid? Any insight on this? |

Dealing with refunds is something you're going to have to figure out for yourself. If you sell a product with a relatively low price point and don't get many refunds, it might be best just to chalk it up to a cost of doing business. I certainly wouldn't ask for money back from the affiliates you've already paid! Another thought - do you pay your affiliates immediately for each sale they make? Most of the major affiliate companies have a waiting period (ie - they only pay out once a month or every few weeks) so that any refunds won't be credited twice. If you have a higher priced product, this might be something to consider. |

Hey smisen, I intent to pay affiliates at the 15th from previous month sales but since the Payment processor is Paypal... and this is a IM product... i know i'll have some "later" chargebacks. I just wanted to know IF there is some "automated" option in E-Junkie to deal with this - no biggie. |
