Best route to send your targeted traffic?
I am trying to decide if I should send traffic to a Blog that presells me and then to gently divert that traffic to a squeeze page/salesletter or whether it would be better to send traffic directly to a squeeze page and to then send the prospects that don't buy back to the blog via a newsletter.
It seems to me that a certain percentage of people will buy from you without preselling as long as your sales copy is good and the solution is relevant to their problem. For those that don't buy immediately, you can always presell once you have captured their info.
On the other hand if you send people to your blog, then you will potentially lose people that can't be bothered to look through your site. Those that do come via this route will clearly convert better.
If there is anyone out there that has tried both methods and has a view on which is better, I would love to hear from you.
