It's all about testing and starting small.

Set a daily budget for yourself that you are comfortable with. Try different offers, different networks, and track everything.

Once you see a result keep moving in that direction.

CPA is not the easiest business to learn. It might be better to start with a less risky business model in combination with affiliate marketing.

If you are serious about this, learn all you can and don't stop educating yourself. But take action at the same time.

You may want to try affiliate marketing. Research a niche (product category) that you are interested in, select that niche then look on several sites for products. Look at clickbank.com for mostly digital products.
You can learn more about affiliate marketing by reading a few books from Amazon also. Try to learn more before spending too much more money.

As Randy said, learn then implement. Adjust then learn more and implement more. Continue to learn and improve.

1) The easiest way to earn money from online YouTube. (No invest need )
2) Don't jump here to there -- continue till success in one field.
3) English is not a problem -- My English is not good but I am fully online professional from 2013
4) Try for passive income -- not short term earning --

- You'll need a website where to host your products, you can go with shopify as it's very simple to use.
- Get some high quality products from a seller and add them to your website.
- Invest in paid traddic ( taboola, facebook, adwords..)
- Test and find a wining campaign.

At least next time you'll waste money learning and that will help you to earn money online.

You need to build huge traffic factory, big giant social followers and subscribers first. So you will have steady assets to make your income safe. Then you can go to the ads zone with no worry if your budget gone to the air till you'll get your best conversion and ROI. Loosing money with paid ads can be drop your mental not just your wallet. I suggest to make strong foundation for your business and go to the next level with comfort and more.

First of all you need analyze what type of your business and understand what type of your business audience.
You can start ads first on Testing basis then set daily budget limit and track real time performance then increase or decrease the budget you are spending.
Most important thing is your ads should be eye catchy and relevant contents that you are offering.
Put right content on your ads.
