    What do you want to use it for?
    I hate e. g. YouTube videos with synthetic voice. Check out speakers on fiverr.com. It is not for free but very cheap and the results are surprisingly great.

    Search on the Search engine, I am sure you will a ton of site. there are many Countries Language here: ivona. Most of the time I this site, but sometimes I use other sites also. You will be able to use that site which you need. There are many free service available. Thanks for asking.

    I do rec getting a voice over. Computer speech is a turn off for most people and will not get you any sales as it seems spammy. Well, that is just my opinion. I do not like the robotic computer voices. Maybe you will have a better experience. Finding voice actors is easy. FIVERR is a great place to start, but I also use opuzz voice. It is true that you pay more. However, the quality is superior.

    voice overs are max
    • cold computers cannot compete with a warm person
    • synthetic voice quality of programs is poor
    • computers pronounce certain words wrong
    • few videos sound more impersonal than those created using a program voice
    • people associate computer voice with spam or scam

    as i agree fiverr actor or spokes person are the best choice, they are also the most EXPENSIVE. 2 minute video will cost you $40 to $50. and if you are making a 100 videos for youtube. it is very expensive. I find playing background music takes away the computer like voice and make it so human like.
