Hi Majid, you find JV partners from marketing forums like this one and places like Twitter (as explained in my original post). It's not always a good idea to approach potential JV partners with a JV offer from the start, try and build a relationship with them first.

The affiliate management system is called Easy Click Mate. You can find it by Googling it. I try and avoid posting product links here unless it's something difficult to find.

Launching a product doesn't have to be a difficult process, the process just takes some time. Taking time is important because you cannot build a buzz overnight. In my opinion if you take a little longer on the process than 3 weeks that's even better.

Before you actually launch your product...

- You want to build relationships with potential JVs/affiliates
- You want them to WANT to promote your product
- You want to test your product by giving away free copies to a select few
- You want good test results
- You want good reviews of your product
- You want people talking about your product
- Ideally you want people raving about your product

Then you're all set for a KILLER launch.

One thing you've got to remember when doing a launch is to make sure everything works at launch day. Make sure you test all the links, pages, payment processes, affiliate tracking, server bandwidth before the launch time. If any of these don't work as they should it could pee a lot of people off (especially JVs and affiliates).

Here are some ways:

- You can find JV partners for all markets in places where there's interaction such as Twitter, forums and other social media places.

- You can find blogs about your niche through Google and contact the owners asking them to review your product and include the review on their blog.

- You can find other websites in the same niche (competition) selling a similar product and contact them about doing a JV.
